Group exercises have several advantages over training with a personal trainer or exercising alone. Classes are held at a specific time and day, which forces you to show up and work out. Another advantage is definitely the fun and camaraderie that accompany the class. You are not alone; you go to exercise with an instructor who interests and entertains you, and you can bring your friends or make new ones at the workout. The instructor is your coach and motivator, correcting mistakes, setting the intensity, and explaining the proper execution of exercises. The last benefit is also the economic advantage (group classes are usually 4-5 times cheaper than individual training with a personal trainer).
ATTENTION!
It is necessary to always register in advance for a group class – ideally by directly arranging it with the instructor.
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Without prior arrangement, it may happen that:

the class does not take place (e.g., due to the instructor's illness),

or the start time is changed, so you won't arrive on time.
